Q: Why is this called Fairy Hair?
A: In some regions, this product and service is called Fairy Hair. It may be referred to as Shimmers, Bling Strands, Mermaid Hair, Sparkle Strands, Fhairy Hair or other names in different parts of the country or the world.
Q: What is the product made of?
A: Many people believe that the product is made of silk, and some sellers and manufacturers describe it as “silken” and call it “Thai silk”. In truth, it is a high quality, durable polyester, no matter where you get it.
Q: Would I be my own boss?
A: Yes, 100%!
Q: Am I the right person for a Fairy Hair business?
A: This business is for people of all ages, but we recommend 18+. It’s a perfect gig for people looking for substantial extra income, more free time, and more fun. It is ideal for those looking for a social outlet with an income, young people who have yet to decide what they would like to do professionally, nail techs, hair stylists, massage therapists, reiki practicioners, shop and boutique owners… the list goes on and on.
Q: Do I need computer skills to be a member?
A: YES! Computer skills are necessary! You MUST be able to navigate the internet and comprehend and complete tasks.
Q: Which plan should I choose?
A: The virtual plan is great if you are good with small, detailed craft-type projects. The in-person training is best for those who need more help understanding intricate detail. If you purchase the virtual plan but later decide to upgrade for the in-person experience, no problem!
Q: Will I get exclusive territory when I become a member?
A: From our experience, it is beneficial to have another member close by. This way you can help each other keep sparkles in your own hair and some times help each other with events. It is nice to have that comradery as well. However, we do promise not to over-saturate your direct and surrounding areas with members. There will be enough work to go around!
Q: Who is the ideal Fairy Hair customer?
A: Fairy Hair, or hair tinsel, is a straight product but it will work in all kinds of hair, including curly or textured hair. It works with braids and locs but it takes significantly more time to apply in those cases. It is durable and therefore can be washed, colored, and heated with irons. It does not last as long for young children, so we tend to work with kids 8 and up. We don’t recommend kids under 6.
Q: What is physically required of me to work this business?
A: You will need stamina for three or more hours so you can have successful events, as you’ll be on your feet a lot. You also need dexterity in your fingers for the tedious work, and excellent vision. (No fear… readers are here!)
Q: If I buy this program, how long will I have access to the materials?
A: You will have a guaranteed six month period to access all of the videos in the training, AND as long as the program is up and running. There are currently no plans to discontinue the program but if we do, we will still be available. Should we decide to close the program, you will be notified well ahead of time.
Q: What if I change my mind after I buy the program? Can I get a refund?
A: Once you decide which plan you want to purchase and you are accepted into the program, a refund is not possible. This is because as soon as you are accepted, you will have instant access to all of the video trainings. A refund will be issued if you are not accepted into the program. The only way we would reject your ‘application’ is if there are already enough members in your direct and surrounding areas.
Q: Can I work full time doing Fairy Hair?
A: That is entirely up to you. The sky is the limit, so go for it if that’s what you want!
Q: Can I share this program with others?
A: No. Your investment belongs to you, and you will have only one access code. Of course, you will need to have Fairy Hair in your hair in order to market yourself, so we will accept you showing one other person how to apply it. However, the business trainings need to be kept to yourself. By signing up for the course, you agree to these terms. If you plan on going into business with a partner, please contact us to discuss options.
Q: Do I have to dress like a fairy?
A: No, but you can if you want to – this is your business. But of course we recommend dressing nicely for your gigs.
Q: Do I have to work under the Fairy Hair by Twinsel name?
A: No, you can name your business whatever you like. Yay! But we do strongly urge you to have “Fairy Hair” in your business name.
